At Z-KiDS, we understand that things can change โ€” especially when you're navigating life with a little one. Whether it's an address typo or a change of heart, weโ€™re here to make your experience as smooth and reassuring as possible.

Order Corrections & Modifications:

Weโ€™re happy to help you make quick changes โ€” just let us know as soon as you can!

You can request changes (like address updates, size adjustments, or product swaps) within 12 hours of placing your order or before your order is dispatched, whichever comes first.

To request a change, simply email us at support@zkids.inย or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID.

Once your order has been shipped, we're unable to make further changes, but weโ€™ll still be here to assist in any way we can.

Order Cancellations by Customer:

We get it โ€” plans shift, and so do preferences. If you need to cancel an order:

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase or before the item is shipped, whichever comes first.

There are no cancellation fees โ€” ever.

Cancellations by Z-KiDS:

While we strive to fulfill every order with love and care, there are rare moments when we may need to cancel:

If an item suddenly becomes out of stock.

If there are shipping restrictions to your delivery location.

If we identify unintentional pricing or product listing errors.

Should this happen, weโ€™ll notify you right away and issue a full refund using your original payment method. We sincerely appreciate your understanding, and we promise to make it right.

Order Calculation & Pricing Accuracy:

Every detail matters to us โ€” especially when it comes to product pricing, taxes, and offers.

We take great care to ensure all information is accurate at the time of listing.

If a rare pricing or tax-related error is identified, we may need to adjust or cancel the order. Weโ€™ll always communicate openly and resolve the matter fairly.

In such cases, youโ€™ll be fully informed and offered a refund or the choice to proceed with the corrected order.
